Loved War Horse-Disappointed in Staff

Great Show-Poor Staff at the Cadallic Palace

War Horse deserves a 5+ as a show. It is outstanding. The staff at the Cadallic Palace needs a lot of improvement. With many patrons being elderly, the patience and assistance of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. On a very cold day, patrons were left in a very cold venue and after the show the staff showed little patience with patrons who needed assistance or to sit while waiting for cars. The staff was more concerned about clearing the theater for the next performance versus caring about their current patrons. The show is outstanding but for ticket price-I expect a staff that is helpful, pleasent and caring (especially about the elderly patrons who need assistance). Do yourself a favor management staff-improve your staff and improve your restroom situation. What a disaster to wait for so long to use a restroom. Come on Chicago-you can do better for your patrons! ... Read more
