Just saw Beehive at the Marriott and it was fantastic! The talented girls ae amazing! The voices just beautiful and I loved he trip down memory lane through the years. Each song better than the next and the costume changes were fabulous, what energy and talent you have in this group! We thoroughly enjoyed all of it and the band was top notched too, holy cow, they could really play those instruments! Kudos to them too! I have told everyone about this fabulous show and I would go and see it again. I know we were supposed to say seated and I did, but it was hard! Hahah The music was THAT GOOD! I wanted to be up and dancing!! Thank you for a wonderful evening of our fun loving teen years and I had tears too when JFK, MLK, RFK and Vietnam were brought up. A tough sad time, but see how music brought us through then and will bring us through our difficulties again now..Peace Love and Music. Thank kyou all and Well Done!!!

This is a fun, G-rated show looking back at the beginning of girl power in this 60's jukebox musical. There's a double edge sword at the Marriott Theater because the quality of its shows has become so good in that we may expect every show to be as good (or about as good) as a Broadway cast. This one is pleasant but I would see it with reduced expectations. The story line is razor thin at best (and could have been developed so much better) but there is a deeply emotional part of the show when the cast sings "Abraham, Martin and John." The cast keeps the 80 minute show moving and there is definitely talent on the stage. Want a light evening out after dinner? This is a fun show to see but, to be honest, not one I'd clamor to go back to another time or two (as I've done with many Marriott Theater shows in recent years). I would note some technical sound issues in the show. The lead singers were sometimes drowned out but the sound people eventually brought the audio up to speed. .
