125th season opening!

American Ballet Theatre presents an all American celebration to open the Auditorium Theatre's 125th anniversary season. This eclectic, hand picked selection showcases the impressive talents of the company and choreography that has influenced american dance over the last century.

Twyla Tharp's Bach Partita

A mesmorising and ambitious spectacle, set to thirty minutes of Bach's intricate 30 minute violin solo that can only inspire dance with incredible conviction.

Jerome Robbins' Fancy Free

Three sailors hit the town and attempt to find the perfect dance partners with contents and bravado in Robbins' 1944 humorous and energetic piece.
