A delightful adaptation of the beloved children's books, don't miss this summer engagement of Corduroy at the Chicago Shakespeare Theatre! Aimed at ages three and up, the production is designed to keep the little ones entertained and engaged with physical comedy, circus elements, song and dance, as well as important life lessons concerning unconditional love and empathy.
Based on the beloved book by Don Feldman, Corduroy is the titular teddy bear who embarks on a grand adventure when a young girl named Lisa spots him in a department store. When her mom won't buy him because he's missing a button from his overalls, Corduroy sets about finding the missing button himself whilst staying clear of the store's security guard!
