Judgment Day

Why see Judgment Day?

righting your wrongs

A lawyer, an angel, a priest and the looming threat of infernal punishment. What better premise for an outrageous, brand new comedy, getting its world premiere in Chicago! Judgment Day stars Tony and Emmy winning actor Jason Alexander (Seinfeld) in the role of Sammy Campo, a crooked lawyer desperate to save his soul from the fiery pits of hell. Striking up a partnership with a priest questioning his own faith, will the pair find the answers they are looking for?

The play is directed by Tony Nominee Moritz von Stuelpnagel, who is no stranger to irreverent religious satire flying as close to the sun as he can get. His direction of Robert Askins' Christian-Ministry-mocking Hand To God saw him nominated at the Tonys for Best Direction of a Play in 2015.
