Love Disney

LOVE the Show! The Arena? Not So Much...

This was a great show - love the acrobatics! A definite must see for those that love the Disney on Ice Shows. As for the arena experience, I was not pleased. Parts of the arena/wings are now closed specifically for Disney on Ice shows, parking was a bear, traffic was a nightmare and finding/getting to our seats was awful, especially with a child in tow. This is the first time (in four DOI shows at this same arena) that I've had this experience, and it makes me not want to return. There were fewer ticket doors open, and the lines were down the street - in a snowstorm. Once inside, it was nearly impossible to find/get to our seats due to the whole wing being shut down. After the show, the walkways outside the arena to get to our exit door were crammed with wall to wall people! It was impossible to not bump into someone, people were crammed shoulder to shoulder and not moving. This is not at all safe when trying to usher young children through a hallway/walkway. Needless to say, this arena needs to be managed better. ... Read more
